8. Your Responsibilities

You represent that you are the subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to consent to messages at that number. You agree to provide a valid mobile number and to notify us or opt out if the number changes or is reassigned.

9. Privacy

We handle personal information according to our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes or Termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the messaging program or these SMS Terms at any time, subject to applicable law. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
